Step 1: Prepare Skin
Cleanse eye area and pat completely dry for best patch adhesion.
Step 2: Prepare
Take out R and L patches. Note device and face icons on each. Peel and attach device side, removing any bubbles.
Step 3: Apply
Peel the face icon side and then turn over to attach the controllers securely to each patch unit.
Step 4: Use
Place patches under eyes and press gently. Hold power for 2 seconds to start a 9-minute treatment. Auto-stops when done.

The PlasmaGLO Duo uses specific wavelengths of red (630±5nm) and near-infrared (830±5nm) light to improve the appearance of the eye area through controlled phototherapy.
Yes, the device produces cool, narrow-band light specifically designed for the delicate eye area. The LED system maintains consistent output and safe operating temperature. However, we highly recommend you do a light sensitivity test to be sure. To do so, follow the following steps:
- Place the hydrocolloid patches and duo device on your inner forearm.
- Turn on the device.
- Wait for the 9-minute session to complete.
- Immediately stop if you feel any discomfort or heat on your skin during the treatment. This may indicate sensitivity to light.
- After the session, remove the device and wait for at least 24 hours.
- Regularly check your skin over the next 24 hours. If you notice any redness or itching, discontinue use of the device.
Many users report immediate improvements in brightness and puffiness. Optimal results for fine lines and wrinkles typically show within 2-4 weeks of consistent use.
The LED technology is designed to maintain consistent output without dimming over time, ensuring reliable treatment results.
The devices are reusable and need to be cleaned after each use.
- Before cleaning, please turn off the device and unplug from power.
- Use a clean cotton cloth moistened with water to clean the device. Be sure that no liquid enters the interior of the device.
- Stubborn stains can be removed by wiping gently with 70% alcohol.
- Visually check the cleanliness of the device and make sure there are no dust, impurities, or other pollutants, otherwise, please repeat the above step again.
Drying: Air dry the device after cleaning.
Note: To avoid damage to the device, never use abrasive cleaning agents or thinners for cleaning. Never immerse the device in water or other cleaning liquids .
Remember, these are optional!
The stickyness depends on the moisture/oil already on your skin. Cleansed DRY skin makes it more sticky, so maybe try getting your skin a little damp, or apply a little bit of serum like our HA serum under them.
We understand your concern about the stickiness of the patches. They are designed to adhere well to the skin but should not cause any damage to the delicate under eye area.

Our patches are designed to provide good adherence and should stay in place with proper application. If you are finding this is not the case, you will want to cleanse and dry the skin. Proceed to applying the patch.
The more moisture on the skin, the less sticky the patch will be.
- Start with cleansed, completely dry skin
- Apply your PlasmaGLO Duo patches and turn on the devices (remember to hold the power button down to turn on).
- When removing, gently peel off using both hands for comfort and ease. Take your time.
Please be sure the devices are charged fully. The lights on each pod should be solid white and should be seated in the charger the correct way (logos right side up).
Then be sure you have placed them with the logos right-side up on the silicone patches. And be sure they are securely connected to each patch.
Then hold the power button down until the unit turns on (about 2-3 seconds).
It is also possible that there is oxidation or dust on the electrode contact points of the eye patches and control box which might be the cause the devices to not charge or turn on. We suggest that you clean these contact points with alcohol and then try charging again.
If the charging issue persists, please reach out to us at experts@rajanimd.com. Due to the complexity of the circuitry inside the control box, we will need this video to demonstrate the malfunction for further analysis.

I used this device consistently for over 9 months.... no noticeable improvements. I tried using the hydrocolloid patches in the beginning but they kept tugging at my skin when removing to the point it was actually painful. And yes, I tried all the tips for using them that were listed on the site. As they were optional, I did give up and continued to use the device alone. To say I'm tired of spending money on things that promise results but in the end do nothing is putting it mildly. I guess I just give up.

I love how versatile the PlasmaGLO LED DUO Under Eye Corrector is. You can use it under your eyes, but you can also move it to areas like forehead lines, laugh lines and other areas where you’re noticing fine lines and loss of firmness.
The combination of red light, near infrared light and PEMF makes this a great addition to an anti-aging routine, but the key is consistency. You’re not going to use it once and expect a miracle. With red light therapy, consistent use over time is what matters.
It only takes about 9 minutes, which makes it much easier to stay consistent and actually make it part of your routine. For me, that’s what makes a device like this worth using.
