We currently ship all of our products to locations in the US and US territories and to the following locations outside the United States:

Standard Shipping Rates:
Free shipping on all orders over $150 in the continental US
Order under $150: $10 (in the continental US)
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories: $24.95
International Shipping: Sent DDP, all customs/VAT fees are paid in advance, charges will be calculated at checkout

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. US orders deliver in approximately 2-5 business days. International orders typically deliver in approximately 2-3 weeks. The actual number of days may vary based on origin, and customs delays. This is out of our control.


Please note: During the holidays or promotional times, order processing times may take longer than expected.


You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in the process of being packed and picked up by the shipper Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.


All of our deliveries are guaranteed and insured.

For Orders in the US: If your tracking information shows that your items were delivered, but you did not receive your package, you can go to your tracking information to report the issue and file a claim with the shipper. Use the MonkProtect 'Report a Claim' feature at the bottom of the page to start the process. Or you can file your claim online here: Missing claims must be made within 120 days of the original order being placed.

For Orders Outside the US: Please contact customer support at for help filing your claim.


Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination


We currently only accept returns for orders in the continental United States. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or internationally.

For Orders from within the continental US: If you choose to return any item that was purchased at full price in new or lightly used condition within 30 days of delivery, you may do so by mail and receive store credit in exchange. Please note that there is a $12.95 processing fee applicable to all returns. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned. Orders older than 30 days cannot be returned. To begin the process of returning a product, please email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. One of our friendly customer service representatives will be more than happy to help you promptly.


Please note that we cannot accept returns on our Organic Black Garlic, as it is a food product.


Refunds are only issued for unopened/unused items (food items are non-refundable). Refunds are issued once we have received the unopened, returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the payment method used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
