We offer shipping to both physical addresses and PO boxes within the continental United States, Washington DC, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We can also deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories for an additional fee. We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship internationally or to the Virgin Islands and military/armed forces locations. However, we are continually working to expand our shipping options.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for delivery. For those in a hurry, we also offer an express shipping option for an additional fee, with a processing time of 1-2 business days and delivery within 2 days.


As part of our commitment to you, purchases* are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at RajaniMD, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of your shipment receipt date for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


All our deliveries are guaranteed and insured. If your tracking information shows that your items were delivered, but you did not receive your package, you can go to your tracking information to report the issue and file a claim with the shipper.
