At RajaniMD Beauty and Wellness, we strive to ensure that all our customers purchase with confidence! Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Please factor in this delay when selecting your shipping speed. During holidays, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. 

SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping (continental US): Orders under $95: $7.95; Orders over $95: Free
Typically 5-7 business days, subject to carrier delays

Standard shipping (AK, HI, US territories): $12.95
Delivery times vary based on delivery location. Orders shipped to these locations are typically delivered within 15-20 business days once they are shipped. Please note, on occasion, we have seen longer delivery times.

Expedited Shipping (continental US):
UPS 2 day shipping - 1 to 2 business days for delivery, subject to carrier delays: $19
UPS next day air - next business day, subject to carrier delays: $100

Expedited Shipping (AK, HI, US territories): $24.95
Typically 3-6 business days. May vary by location.

International
Taxes and duties for international shipments are based on the contents of your order and the destination country and will be calculated during checkout. Express shipping is not available for international orders. Delivery typically takes 15–21 days, depending on the destination. Please note that customs processing times are unpredictable, and shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING METHODS

We use a variety of shipping carriers. The carrier selected for each order depends on the products purchased and the delivery address. International orders are sent DDP. All customs/VAT fees are paid in advance. Charges will be calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS

Please verify that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order, as we are unable to modify shipping details once an order has been submitted for processing.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship throughout the United States, to U.S. territories, and to most countries worldwide. You can confirm if your country is available by checking the country dropdown list at checkout. Note: Due to current circumstances, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the Middle East or Israel. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to resume shipping to these regions as soon as possible. We do ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses, but cannot guarantee that packages will be accepted through customs.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your purchase is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been prepared for shipment, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. If you do not see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. To start a return, please go to our Returns Portal

If your product(s) was lost or damaged in transit, you can file a shipping claim using our MonkProtect shipping service.

We stand behind the quality of our RajaniMD brand and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

NON-FUNCTIONING DEVICES

Rajani MD Device
Covered under a 2-year warranty. We will provide a free replacement (including shipping). No restocking or return fee applies.

NEWA Device
Covered under a 1-year warranty. We will provide a free replacement (including shipping). No restocking or return fee applies.

CHANGE OF MIND / NOT FOR ME

Unopened and Unused
(within 30 days): Full refund within 30 days (no fee, except return shipping).

Opened and Used
(within 30 days): Refund subject to a 10% return fee plus return shipping.

EXCEPTIONS
Device returns after 30 days will not be accepted unless covered by warranty.

Devices damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper storage are not eligible for refund or warranty replacement.

SKINCARE/SUPPLEMENTS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, supplements, or consumable items. Your return must be unused and in the original condition with all packaging, accessories, and seals intact in order to receive a refund. Korean Sheet Masks and our Black Garlic supplements are not eligible for return.

PROMOTIONS AND GIFTS

If your purchase included any free promotional gift(s), those must be returned with the product to receive a full refund. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased during certain promotions, such as gift-with-purchase offers, may be considered final sale.

REFUNDS

For devices, return shipping costs and a 10% return fee are the customer’s responsibility, unless the device is being returned under warranty.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for all eligible skincare and supplement product returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please be aware that we are not able to provide refunds after 90 days due to credit card company limitations.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange your item through our Returns Portal.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process your return within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers outside the continental US, the return delivery cannot be handled online at this time. Please contact customer service at experts@rajanimd.com for further assistance.

The responsibility for the returned items lies with you until they reach our returns center, so pack them securely and retain your postage proof. If returned items are found used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If gifts received with orders are not returned, the cost of the gifts will be deducted from your refund.


Other

ORDER CANCELLATION/CHANGES

We will attempt to accommodate cancellations and changes to orders. But note this may not be possible as our warehouse team dispatches orders quickly, giving us only a small window to make changes to orders. Check your order carefully before checking out to avoid inconvenience.

DEVICE WARRANTIES

We offer a 2-year warranty on all of Rajani MD devices and a 1-year warranty on NEWA devices. This covers manufacturing issues and is from the date you received the original order. This is non-transferable. This is applicable to both domestic and international orders. We offer replacement only on warranty issues and do not offer refunds if the order is over 30 days from delivery. Go to our Returns Portal to initiate the warranty replacement process.

FAIR USE

Please be aware of unfair return practices like frequent ordering and returning or misusing the money-back guarantee. Abnormal return patterns might result in account deactivation.

TAXES

Sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination.
