SHIPPING
We currently ship all of our products to locations in the US and US territories and to the many countries around the world. You can see if your country is listed in the dropdown list of countries on the checkout page.
Standard Shipping Rates:
Free shipping on all orders over $150 (in the continental US)
Order under $150: $10 (in the continental US)
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories: $24.95
International Orders are sent DDP. All customs/VAT fees are paid in advance. Charges will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. US orders deliver in approximately 2-5 business days (except for our LED products and the NEWA+ device, which ship ground domestically). International orders typically deliver in approximately 2-3 weeks. The actual number of days varies based on origin.
CUSTOMS TIMES ARE UNPREDICTABLE. YOUR SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED TO CIRCUMSTANCES WELL BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
Please note: During holidays and promotional times, order processing and shipping times may take longer than usual.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in the process of being packed and picked up by the shipper. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Change your mind about your purchase?
You have 30 days to return your RajaniMD products. It must be new, unused, and in original condition with all accessories, seals, and packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Please note that we only accept returns from within the continental US. We do not accept International returns.
If returned items are found used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If gifts received with orders are not returned, the cost of the gifts will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Our Black Garlic cannot be returned as it is a food item.
Please note, all returns should be initiated by contacting experts@rajanimd.com. We do not refund any delivery or postage costs. You will be responsible for the return postage fee as well.
Need to Cancel or Change Your Order?
We will attempt to accommodate cancellations and changes to orders. But note this may not be possible as our warehouse team dispatch orders quickly, giving us only a small window to make changes to orders. Check your order carefully before confirmation to avoid inconvenience.
Opened Products
Hygiene and safety are paramount to us. Opened or used devices and consumable items like cleansers, lotions and gels cannot be returned unless faulty. Report a faulty product or device issues immediately to experts@rajanimd.com for replacement possibilities.
Returns/Refunds Processing Time
We aim to process your return within 14 days of receiving your parcel. The responsibility for the returned items lies with you till they reach our returns center, so pack them securely and retain your postage proof.
Device Warranties
We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our LED and RF devices. This covers manufacturing faults and is from the date of the original order. This is non-transferable.
Our Guarantee
You can return a skincare or supplement product within 30 days and a device within 60 days if you are not satisfied after using it for the recommended treatment time. We will issue your refund after we receive the returned product, deducting a 10% processing fee to account for return processing.
Fair Use
Please beware of unfair return practices like frequent ordering and returning or misusing the money-back guarantee facility. Abnormal return patterns might result in account deactivation.
TAXES
Sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination.
