SHIPPING

Standard Shipping Rate: $10 (in the continental US)
Free Shipping for product purchases over $100: (in the continental US)

We offer shipping to both physical addresses and PO boxes within the continental United States, Washington DC, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories is an additional fee. We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship internationally or to the Virgin Islands and military/armed forces locations. However, we are continually working to expand our shipping options.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for delivery.

RETURNS

If you choose to return any item that was purchased at full price in new or lightly used condition within 30 days of delivery, you may do so by mail and receive store credit in exchange. Please note that there is a $9.95 processing fee applicable to all returns. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned. We cannot issue refunds on orders older than 120 days.

To begin the process of returning a product, please email support@rajanimd.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. One of our friendly customer service representatives will be more than happy to help you promptly.

MISSING ORDERS

All our deliveries are guaranteed and insured. If your tracking information shows that your items were delivered, but you did not receive your package, you can go to your tracking information to report the issue and file a claim with the shipper. Use the MonkProtect 'Report a Claim' feature at the bottom of the page to start the process. Or you can file your claim online here: https://app.monkprotect.com/login/
