Peel the #1 R device side of the hydrocolloid patch and securely apply it to the R device. Then, peel off the #2 face side of the hydrocolloid patch. Repeat these steps for the L device. These patches are for single use only.

I have only been using this for a little more than a week. I haven’t seen immediate results after use. Might be my age, who knows. I only rated four stars because the adhesives are hard to peel off to adhere to the eye duo. I’ve tried many ways and still no luck. I get frustrated. My second issue is removing the power dots from the case. I remove the right one easily, but the left one always gives me a hard time. I have no idea why. My nails are not really long. I don’t keep really long because I can’t work with my hands at a very long length. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Well I forgot to reorder these . I went a week without while still using the device. It still worked , but it’s wayyyyyyy better with these. Think compounding interest!!!
