PRODUCT INFO

Our products are suitable for all skin types. However, if you have extremely sensitive skin and/or are unsure please consult with your doctor or contact us at experts@rajanimd.com.

Keep products out of extreme heat, direct sunlight or refrigerated environments when storing them.

The shelf life for unopened cleansers, creams and serum is 12 months. We recommend using products within 3-6 months after opening.

Our skincare products should last 90 days, if used as recommended. Our supplements should last 30-60 days, if used as recommended, and depending on the # of servings you take per day.

If you are an expectant mother, you should discuss your skincare products and routines with your trusted physician.

Beyond these it may be best to get a medical consult where a professional can review your specific concern and tailor recommendations. 

While we formulate our products to be as gentle as possible while still being effective, we recommend consulting with a skincare professional before using our products, if you have any sensitivities.

PAYMENT

We accept payment from most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. Additional payment methods include PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

SHIPPING

We use UPS, DHL OnTrac and USPS to ship our products. International packages are shipped with our partner, Passport Shipping, and are delivered by local carriers in each country.

Shipping inside the continental US:
Free for orders $100 and over and Auto Delivery orders
$7.95 for Orders under $100
$15.95 for express 2-day shipping
(No express shipping for LED and RF devices.)

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories:
$24.95 (no express shipping)

International Orders:
Taxes and duties for international shipments are based on the contents of your order and the destination, and will be calculated during checkout. No express shipping.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday,
excluding major holidays). Allow 1-2 business days for processing.

For orders in the continental US:
Standard shipping is 5-8 days. You can choose express 2 day shipping for an additional fee.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories:
Standard shipping typically takes 8-10 days

International Orders:
Typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on location

We currently ship to locations in the US, to US territories and to many locations outside the US. Note that US territories are listed under the United States. If your country is not listed during checkout, then we do not ship there at this time.

RETURNS

All our deliveries are insured. If your package or item arrived damaged, and was clearly damaged during shipment, you can go to your tracking information to report the issue and file a claim with the shipper.

Alternatively, you can file the claim with MonkProtect 'Report a Claim'. Or you can file your claim online here: https://app.monkprotect.com/login/

If you need help with the claim, you can email experts@rajanimd.com with your order number, details about the product, and a photo of the damaged product. We can assist you with filing the claim and getting your replacement.

Sometimes things go wrong! And we are sorry for that. Please email experts@rajanimd.com with your order number, details about what is wrong with the product, and a photo of the defective item. We will respond quickly with troubleshooting information if applicable, or with instructions for how to return these items and get a replacement.

If you received a product and the container appears to be defective, please contact experts@rajanimd.com. We'll issue you a return label to send the product back. Once we have your return, we'll send out a replacement to you, at no charge to you.

We do not accept returns on our Black Garlic supplement because it is a perishable food item. Food items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety and health concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for understanding.

MISSING ORDERS

All our deliveries are guaranteed and insured.

If your tracking information shows that your items were delivered, but you did not receive your package, you can go to your tracking information to report the issue and file a claim with the shipper. Use the MonkProtect 'Report a Claim' feature at the bottom of the page to start the process. Or you can file your claim online here: https://app.monkprotect.com/login/. Missing claims must be made within 120 days of the original order being placed.

MY ACCOUNT

Please note that checking out in our shop does not automatically create an account for you. Making a purchase in our shop does not automatically create your account. You should have received an activation email after placing your first order. Check your junk and/or promotions folder to see if it landed there. If not, reach out to us at experts@rajanimd.com.

Already created an account, but having trouble loggin in? If you are trying to log in to your acccount, and are getting a message that your email address is not in our system, then your account has not yet been activated. You must activate your account before you can log in. You should have received an account activation email when you created your account. Check your junk and/or promotions folder as they do occasionally land there. If you do not have that email, please contact us at experts@rajanimd.com, and we will resend that activation email.

Your account needs to be activated before you can sign in and access your information. You should have received an activation email when you created your account. You will need to click on the link in that email in order to complete your account setup before you can log in or reset a password.

Your privacy is important to us. We take the utmost care to protect it. Information is kept in a secure, encrypted database with restricted and monitored access. We comply with applicable state and federal laws that protect the privacy and security of your information. There is always a risk that someone could get unauthorized access. In the unlikely event that this happens, we will immediately inform you of a data breach that compromises any of your data. AnteAge products do already contain Vitamin C, so it really isn't necessary to add that to your skin regimen, unless you really want to double up. And in terms of Retinal products, the System does already contain bakuchiol, which is similar to retinol, so you might want to limit or eliminate the additional Retinol, as it may be too much for your skin to tolerate.

You offer the Growth Factor Serum and Accelerator together as well as separate. It's rather confusing, as they both appear to offer the same type of skin care help. If I were to order just 1 of the 2 products, which product would be best to start with? What does one do that the other doesn't? What is the benefit of the two together?

The clinical studies were based on the 2-step System. The Serum has a higher proportion of growth factors and deeper absorption. The Accelerator is more rich in ingredients.

For those with skin that can tolerate both this is the ideal situation. For those that cannot tolerate the ingredient rich Accelerator they can use the Serum alone. 95% of Dr Rajani's patients use both.

And while typically bought together, a client may run out of one before the other and need to order just one.

In many cases, it's the Serum that someone will run out of first, as it recommended to be used both in the morning and night. The Accelerator is recommended as your night cream. 

Dr Rajani made great videos regarding the use of prostaglandins around the orbital area which help to explain this product. Non-prostaglandin products tend to take a little longer to see results when compared to prostaglandins, but do not have any of the negative side effects.

Yes, you can use your toner with AnteAge products. AnteAge recommends using products based on their viscosity when you are combining different skincare products. So you would apply the thinnest/most liquid products first, the thickest last.

Yes, people often like to use AnteAge in the morning and tretinoins in the evening.

The Brightener should be a darker cream color. It is common for the Brightener to become darker over time. The color may vary from bottle to bottle because we use botanicals which may change the coloring depending on the batch. The color of the Brightener does not affect its effectiveness.

Both Revision Skincare’s Nectifim and Nectifirm Advanced have fragrances in them. The fragrances in Revision Skincare® products are added for the sensorial experience. They have extensively tested all products for safety and tolerability and are confident that they meet the highest standards.

If you prefer to not try the lotion because of your sensitivity, we recommend our Revox Line Relaxer for the neck. This product doesn’t have fragrance and can help soften the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

Our products are formulated with no parabens. The high amount of botanical extracts in our products can impart an earthy odor to some of our formulations, therefore a few of our products, like Black Mask or Nectifirm, contain a low percentage of synthetic fragrance. We always strive to not use fragrances, but when we do think a fragrance is needed we use the absolute minimum amount necessary.
