Existing subscriptions will not be transferred automatically. To move your subscription to the new program, simply contact our Customer Experience team and ask to be switched over. Our Customer Experience team will make the transition for you within two business days.

Customers choose how frequently they want products delivered. Each subscription renewal receives up to a 20% savings.
Select the subscription option on an eligible product page, choose your preferred subscription frequency, and complete checkout. Subscriptions can then be managed through your subscription dashboard in your customer account.
Customers can view and manage their next payment date, delivery date and subscription details through the subscription dashboard in their account. A website link is also sent by email after your initial purchase.
No additional discounts can be applied because subscription orders are already discounted. You can however use your Rx Insider Rewards on subscription orders.
You can sign in to your Rajani MD account and change the date of your next shipment or skip an upcoming delivery in your subscription dashboard.
Upcoming deliveries appear in the subscription dashboard. The dashboard link is included in the initial subscription email, and our Customer Experience team can resend it when needed.
