Take 1 to 2 cloves twice daily. Most of our customers eat it before or after meals but it can also be taken with food and incorporated into recipes.

Beware! This garlic will not work to keep vampires away, but you may have to keep them out of your fridge instead! I love these slightly sweet powerhouses! I used to take oder-less garlic which still gave me a breath that kept the boys away, but this garlic is almost like a sweet treat when I want to reach for a candy bar and still want a date for Friday night!
No more peeling and chopping, just plopping in the mouth and go!
