Take 1 to 2 cloves twice daily. Most of our customers eat it before or after meals but it can also be taken with food and incorporated into recipes.

The Black Garlic contains no added sugars. The sugars in the product are naturally occuring, just like in other fruits or vegetables. It is also 100% organic.
We do not accept returns on our Black Garlic supplement because it is a perishable food item. Food items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety and health concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for understanding.
The jars are by weight, not the number of cloves. They contain approximately 50 cloves per jar, give or take. The serving size on the label is 1 oz / 5 servings per container. We recommend eating 1-2 cloves a day. 1 clove a day will last about 45-50 days, 2 cloves a day will last about 20-25 days, depending on the number of cloves in the jar.
Yes, the garlic should be refrigerated. It will last 9 months if stored in the fridge.

I am not fond of garlic at all, but it does have potent antioxidants. So I'm glad I found out about this already peeled ready to chew formulation. It's not delicious by any means. However, it doesn't taste nearly as bad as regular garlic.

My mom’s black garlic comes in a bulb that she has to peel. No need with Dr Rajani’s! His is great and tastes just like hers.This is bite size so you just pop them in your mouth…the only downside is it needs to be refrigerated which then I forget to eat.
