I love the Krill oil soft gels but they are a bit hard and I find they get stuck in my throat, so I cover them with hot water for a few minute's and they go right down. They seem to assist with my dry eye issue as I have MGD and live in Vegas, so I can’t go without them.

I was very disappointment to know that Dr Rajani, who I really respect and follow on YouTube, sells krill oil supplements. Krill is being over fished in the Antarctic, posing a major threat to its fragile ecosystem. There are plenty of sustainable and effective vegan alternatives. Our search for beauty should be done in a responsible way.

I have tried so many krill oil supplements and these are so good! They have NO taste or smell which is always a bonus! This krill oil doesn’t cause stomach problems and best of all my skin looks better when I use these. If you can literally take a supplement and see the difference after a few weeks why would you choose anything else? Try it! You won’t be sorry!! I am 54 years old and I will take all the help I can get!
