I had originally been dry rolling but a sale happened over the holidays that allowed me to get the plasmasomes kit! I love it has made a difference! I feel like I am age reversing!

This was my first micro needle experience. I was quite apprehensive thinking it would hurt but the needles are so fine there was no pain. If you’re thinking micro needles will feel like getting stuck with a sewing pin, it’s nothing like that. There’s no pain with this roller. It’s very convenient having the container to let the roller dry after disinfecting the needles before proceeding and when placing it down to roll the serum on face and neck sections before and after rolling sections. The curves of the handle and needle neck make it easy to handle and use. I’m very pleased with this roller and have purchased extras. There are a high number of needles on these rollers, too. If you’re older and have droopy skin, I encourage you to try Dr Rajani’s micro needle system. I do see a difference in skin firmness and lifting on my face, jaw and chin to lower neck. To help you assess if this is right for you, I’ll disclose that I am nearly 65. This is as effective for my skin as NEWA radio frequency and Doc’s LED Mask. Just remember to hydrate well the from the day before and also after the session then your skin won’t get dried out from this. Dr Rajani’s Ultra Moisture works very well and a little goes a long way. One last thing is place your freshly poked face and neck down on a clean, fresh pillowcase right before going to sleep. Nobody ever mentions that but you’ll find it’s commonly recommended to micro needle before bed so you’re not touching your face, getting splashed in…

This is my second time purchasing this micro-needle roller. It comes in a sterilized package and plastic container to keep it clean. You can tell the quality is top-notch unlike the cheap rollers you can buy online. I sterilize it with alcohol right in the container and it's very convenient to store away. I love Dr. Rajani’s micro-needle roller. I will continue to purchase this along with the plasmasome kit. It’s incredibly cost effective especially considering the results from long term use.

I really love this and use it on my face first about 2-3 times/week It works great on the jowl area to keep it from sagging. I then use it on my neck and arms. It is very helpful to keep my skin looking youthful.
