We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Our tiered rewards program allows members to earn points for each purchase and for engaging with us on social media. Those points can be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

Yes! Sign up and start earning your rewards!

200 points = $10 RajaniMD dollars

Higher tiers earn more points at a faster rate, but 200 points always = $10.

In Bronze tier, you earn 1x point for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $200, you’ll earn 200 points ($10).

When you join the Silver tier, you earn points 1.25x faster, so that $200 spend earns 250 points and becomes $12.50 in RajaniMD dollars.

The Gold tier earns points 1.5x as fast, earning $15 RajaniMD dollars on every $200 purchase.

Your Rewards tier is determined by the amount you spend in a 12-month period, starting when you reach each tier.

To reach:
Bronze Tier: sign up for our program or spend up to $499
Silver Tier: spend $500-999
Gold Tier: spend $1000+

Once you reach the next tier, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier’s perks for 12 months.

We'll send you an email welcoming you into the new tier once your spend hits that level! When you are logged in, you can also check your tier status at any time on the Rewards page.

Some rewards, such as social media interaction will post immediately, but purchase rewards/points will be added to your account 30 days after you make a purchase which aligns with our 30-day return policy. This is to prevent frauds associated with returned products.

If you made a purchase between after January 2022, you've already earned points associated with the email address you used to purchase - just create your account with that email address.

You’ll continue to receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account, so make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

Unfortunately, you will not receive points for purchases made prior to January 2022.

If checking out with Shop Pay, when you first go to checkout and are directed to Shop Pay, go to “checkout as guest” within Shop Pay. This will direct you back to the checkout where you can select to use rewards points/discounts/gift cards. Once you submit that, you should be able to get back into Shop Pay to complete the order.

(Alternate method): If you usually redeem your rewards points prior to checkout, you can also add your reward code to the “Add a discount code or gift card” section in Shop Pay. First, you will want to go to the Rewards page and click Redeem My Points. Make sure to copy the reward code. Then you will paste that reward code in the “Add a discount code or gift card” box in Shop Pay.

If you have an existing subscription, points can be redeemed for rewards and applied to upcoming orders.

Sign into your account and go to the Rewards page. Scroll down to the section on how to use points and click "redeem" on the reward you wish to add to your upcoming order. It will ask "Are you sure?" - if you select "yes," points are immediately deducted from your account and a discount code is displayed. Copy this code.

Navigate to the Manage Subscriptions tab within your account. Choose the subscription you wish to add the reward to, scroll down to select "Add discount," and paste the code. The page will refresh showing that the code has been added and it will automatically apply on the date the subscription renews.

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program, making purchases, or redeeming points.

If you’re making a return, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

If you're returning an item from an order you redeemed points on, the points you used to redeem a reward will be added back into your rewards account so you can use them for your next purchase.

Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends!  We really appreciate it.  Referred friends must be a first time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards.  In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there. Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website.  When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account.  You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

Add your birthday under ways to earn points on our Rewards page under 'Ways to Earn'. On your birthday we will send you a special discount code via email valid for 30 days from the date of your b-day!Note that your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate their account at our discretion.

Happy Birthday!  We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program.  In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.  If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration.  This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.  All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday.  If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.  Remember, the birthday reward is determined by the Rewards member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday.  If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contactus and we will be happy to assist you.
