The Gua Sha typically charges within a few hours. You can leave it charging overnite so that is ready for treatments the next day. With the device fully charged, Gua sha typically provides around 18 treatments in Mode 2. If exclusively using Mode 1, it can deliver at least 18 treatments or more, depending on specific usage patterns and settings. Each treatment session with the Gua Sha device in either mode lasts for 10 minutes. So if using Mode 2, the device can offer approximately 180 minutes of treatment time.

I haven't had too much time with the product but I would say I feel it flushes the lymphatic system with the added vibration pretty well. I tend to over due things so Id say using it every other day is best. I alternate with my red led glasses. I like the cold and firmness with a stone over the wood but I understand the wood has to hold the led light and vibration unit and is probably more economical. I think its helping with fluid retention.
