I use this right before using my derma roller. Right after I’m done I apply it again. For several days after this, my very dry dehydrated part skin just seems to have a plumped effect but most of all my skin feels wonderful and hydrated. It has really amped up the derma roller by doing this the results for me anyway are great. This has been the best for my skin barrier to help pick it back to where it should be or as other expensive creams have not done anything. This combination has worked great for me!
