Is this filler in a jar?
No, and we want to be clear about that. It's a cosmetic cream that improves how skin looks. Nothing is injected, nothing changes your facial structure, and there's no downtime. Skin can look smoother and plumper right away, and a fuller look can build with consistent use.
When will I see results?
Skin can look hydrated and plumper within minutes of applying. For the fuller look, use it twice daily for at least 8 weeks. Reviewers describe changes anywhere from 3 weeks to about 4 months, and some see little change. Consistency matters more than amount.
How long does a jar last?
One 50 mL (1.7 fl oz) jar. A pea-size amount covers the face, so a jar lasts months, not weeks.
Is there research on Volufiline™?
Volufiline™ is an ingredient made by Sederma (France). In Sederma's own study, 30 women aged 18 to 35 applied a gel cream containing 5% Volufiline™ to one breast, twice a day for 56 days. The other breast was left untreated. Measured by 3D imaging, the treated side averaged a 2.2% change in volume versus 0.9% on the untreated side, a difference that was not statistically significant.
The study was run by the ingredient supplier, on the breast rather than the face, in women younger than most of our customers, and not with this finished cream. We share it so you know where the ingredient comes from, not as a promise of facial results. Volufiline™ is a trademark of Sederma (Croda).
Is it hormonal? Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Sederma, the maker of Volufiline™, states the ingredient has no hormonal activity. As with any skincare, irritation is possible, so patch test first and stop if irritation occurs. The cream contains retinyl palmitate (vitamin A): if you're pregnant or nursing, ask your doctor before use.
How do returns work?

How much do I use? Why is it pilling?
A pea-size amount covers the whole face. Pilling usually means too much product, or layering before the previous step has absorbed. Apply to clean, dry skin, massage outward and upward until absorbed, then wait a minute before SPF or makeup.
How does it fit into my routine?
Morning: cleanse → vitamin C or hyaluronic acid serum → Volufiline cream → SPF.
Evening: the same, without SPF.
It pairs well with AHAs, retinols and growth factors. Add one new product at a time.
Can I use it after filler, Botox or microneedling?
Follow your provider's aftercare and wait until any swelling has settled. Ask your doctor if you're unsure. After regular microneedling, wait 24 hours. After RF microneedling, follow your doctor's instructions. Apply only where you want a fuller look: cheeks, temples, under-eyes, and around (not on) the jowls.
