Sparkling Water Safety Results — 2025
Tested by an EPA-Certified Lab (Method 1633, 40 PFAS Compounds)
A new independent investigation tested 15 popular sparkling water brands at an EPA-certified laboratory using Method 1633, screening for 40 types of PFAS (“forever chemicals”). Over 60% of brands tested positive for contamination, including several of the most recognized names. The data below summarizes the results from the Mamavation 2024 analysis, combined with FDA and Consumer Reports findings.
