Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

Rajani MD offers optional Shipping Protection powered by MonkProtect™ for eligible U.S. orders. Shipping Protection provides added protection for eligible orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, or experience certain fulfillment issues after purchase.

By adding Shipping Protection to your order, you agree to the terms below.

SHIPPING PROTECTION PRICING

The Shipping Protection fee is based on the protected value of the merchandise in your order after applicable discounts:

Shipping Protection is optional and may be removed or declined at checkout.

WHAT SHIPPING PROTECTION COVERS

Shipping Protection is designed to protect eligible orders in the event of:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Products damaged during shipping

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items received

Coverage applies to eligible physical merchandise included in the protected order. Digital items are not eligible for protection.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

If you purchased Shipping Protection and experience an eligible order issue, submit a claim through the MonkProtect Automated Claims Portal using your order information.

Claims may require supporting information or documentation to verify the loss or issue. For lost or stolen packages, you may be asked to complete and sign a MonkProtect affidavit or provide other reasonable supporting documentation.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee approval.

CLAIM REVIEW

Claims are reviewed for eligibility through the MonkProtect claims process and processed by Rajani MD.

Most claims are reviewed, processed, and resolved within approximately 3–5 business days after all required information has been received. Additional review time may be necessary in certain circumstances.

APPROVED CLAIMS

If your Shipping Protection claim is approved, you may choose between:

  • A replacement shipment, when available; or

  • A refund for the eligible protected merchandise.

Replacement products are subject to availability.

ORDERS WITHOUT SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping Protection is optional. If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, your order is not covered by the MonkProtect Shipping Protection program and does not qualify for the protections or claims process described on this page.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

CLAIM DOCUMENTATION

Depending on the circumstances of your claim, additional information may be required before a claim can be approved. This may include:

  • Order and tracking information

  • Photos of damaged merchandise

  • Photos of the shipping carton, packaging, and shipping label

  • Information regarding missing or incorrect items

  • A completed MonkProtect affidavit for a reported lost or stolen shipment

  • Other documentation reasonably necessary to verify the claim

Please retain damaged merchandise, packaging, shipping cartons, and labels until your claim has been resolved.

Failure to provide requested documentation may prevent a claim from being approved.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Shipping Protection does not guarantee coverage for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

FRAUD OR ABUSE

Claims are subject to verification. Rajani MD reserves the right to deny claims involving suspected fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, duplicate reimbursement, or misuse of the Shipping Protection program.

Customers may not receive multiple refunds, replacements, credits, chargeback reimbursements, or other compensation for the same loss.

U.S. SHIPPING

Shipping Protection powered by MonkProtect is currently available for eligible shipments within the United States using supported U.S.-based shipping carriers.

Availability may vary based on destination, shipping method, or other order circumstances.

PROGRAM TERMS

Shipping Protection applies only when it is purchased as part of the applicable order.

Rajani MD may update Shipping Protection pricing, availability, or these terms from time to time. The terms applicable when Shipping Protection was purchased will govern that protected order.

Shipping Protection is separate from Rajani MD's standard return, refund, product warranty, and satisfaction policies. It applies specifically to eligible shipping and fulfillment issues described above.
