SUBSCRIPTION FAQ

Customers choose how frequently they want products delivered. Each subscription renewal receives up to a 20% savings.

Select the subscription option on an eligible product page, choose your preferred subscription frequency, and complete checkout. Subscriptions can then be managed through your customer account.

Customers can view their next payment date, delivery date and subscription details through the subscription section of their account. A login link is also sent by email after the initial purchase.

No additional discounts can be applied because subscription orders are already discounted. You can howevere use your Rx Insider Rewards on subscriptions.

You can sign in to your Rajani MD account and change the date of your next shipment or skip an upcoming delivery.

Upcoming deliveries appear in the subscription management portal. The portal link is included in the initial subscription email, and Customer Experience team can resend it when needed.
