SHIPPING

We currently ship all of our products to locations in the US and US territories and to the many countries around the world. You can see if your country is listed in the dropdown list of countries on the checkout page.

Standard Shipping Rates: 

Shipping Methods

We use various shippers to ship our products. International packages are shipped with our partner, Passport Shipping, and are delivered by local carriers in each country.

International Orders are sent DDP. All customs/VAT fees are paid in advance. Charges will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping inside the continental US:
Free economy shipping for orders over $100, inside the continental US
$5.95 for orders under $100, inside the continental US
Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.
(LED and RF devices cannot currently be sent with expedited shipping.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories:
$24.95 flat rate

International Orders:
Taxes and duties for international shipments are based on the contents of your order and the destination, and will be calculated during checkout. No express shipping.

Shipping times:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, 
excluding major holidays).

For orders in the continental US:
Economy shipping is 5-8 days. 
Standard shipping is 3-5 days.
2 day shipping is 2 days.
(may vary based on location, holidays, or service disruptions)

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories:
Standard shipping typically takes 8-10 days.

International Orders:
Typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on location.
CUSTOMS TIMES ARE UNPREDICTABLE. YOUR SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED TO CIRCUMSTANCES WELL BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Please note: During holidays and promotional times, order processing and shipping times may take longer than usual.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in the process of being packed and picked up by the shipper. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

Devices: If you’re not satisfied with a device, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Devices may be returned after use, provided they’re in good working condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Skincare and Supplements: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, supplements, or consumable items. Your return must be unused and in the original condition with all packaging, accessories, and seals intact in order to receive a refund. This does not include our Korean Sheet Masks or our Black Garlic supplement. There are no returns on these items.

Promotions and Gifts: If your purchase included a free promotional gift, it must be returned with the product to receive a full refund. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased during certain promotions, such as gift-with-purchase offers, may be considered final sale.

Returns Process

This will guide you through answering a series of questions about your return, and will help you with getting a replacement controller. 

Contact us at experts@rajanimd.com if you have any questions about the return process or need assistance with your return. Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

Refund Process
For devices, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the device is being returned for replacement. If the returned item is not being replaced, a return fee will apply: $12 for most devices, $20 for the PlasmaGLO LED Face and Jowl Mask and the NEWA RF+ Device.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for all skincare and supplement products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please be aware that we are not able provide refunds after 90 days due to credit card company limitations.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize.

Exchanges
You can exchange your item by using our returns system which can be accessed on the contact page on our website. See Returns Process above.

International and Domestic Returns/Refunds Processing Time
For customers outside the continental US, the return delivery cannot be handled online at this time, and will be the customer's responsibility.

We aim to process your return within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

The responsibility for the returned items lies with you till they reach our returns center, so pack them securely and retain your postage proof. If returned items are found used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If gifts received with orders are not returned, the cost of the gifts will be deducted from your refund.

Need to Cancel or Change Your Order?
We will attempt to accommodate cancellations and changes to orders. But note this may not be possible as our warehouse team dispatch orders quickly, giving us only a small window to make changes to orders. Check your order carefully before confirmation to avoid inconvenience.

Device Warranties
We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our LED and RF devices. This covers manufacturing faults and is from the date of the original order. This is non-transferable. This is applicable to both domestic and international orders. We offer replacement only on warranty issues and do not offer refunds if the product is past the 30-day return window.

Fair Use
Please beware of unfair return practices like frequent ordering and returning or misusing the money-back guarantee facility. Abnormal return patterns might result in account deactivation.

Taxes
Sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination.
