Please note that making a purchase in our shop does not automatically create an account.
If you are trying to log in to your account, and are getting a message that your email address is not in our system, then your account has not been activated. You must activate your account before you can log in. You should have received an account activation email when you made your purchase. Check your spam folder as they do occasionally go there. If you do not have that email, please contact us at support@rajanimd.com, and we will resend that activation email.
